Forthcoming Conferences

The Annual ESPAnet Conferences focus on changing paradigms in European social policy and in European social policy analysis. The conferences provide a forum for theoretical and methodological questions, reflections on inter- and multi-disciplinarity in social policy research and discussions of new trends.The conferences are open to all who are active in social policy research and welcomes contributions from all relevant disciplines.

Abstracts for papers to be presented should be linked to one of the conference streams which can be found on the conference website http://espanet2013.ue.poznan.pl/. Abstracts should be about 500 words and should contain the following information and have the following form:

  1. Title:
  2. Stream
  3. Contact details: author(s), affiliation, postal address, phone number and e-mail address
  4. Main issue analyzed in the paper (about 100 words)
  5. Type of methodology and sources of data/information used for the analysis (about 200 words) (in case the paper is mainly theoretical, please specify so)
  6. Main findings expected from the analysis (about 200 words)

All abstracts should be sent (as word or pdf attachment) to: espanet2013@fnc.ue.poznan.pl

Please do not send abstracts to stream convenors.

The deadline for sending abstracts is 11 March 2013

All abstracts will be ranked by stream convenors.

The conference committee will inform successful applicants by the end of 7 April 2013

Registration for the 11 ESPAnet conference starts on 14 April 2013

The deadline for paper submission 3 August 2013
